5 ounces cremini mushrooms $1.00
1 tablespoon sherry $0.13
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary $free (from your herb garden!)
3 tablespoons butter $0.12
Total cost $1.25
Slice the mushrooms as you would like them and place them to the side.
Melt the butter over medium to medium low heat in a small skillet. Once the butter is melted, add the sliced mushrooms and let them begin to heat.
After about 2-3 minutes, add the sherry and the rosemary. Cook until the mushrooms have reduced in size, about 5-8 more minutes. ENJOY!
