Base recipe: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Cut each asparagus spear in half and wrap the prosciutto around the asparagus. Place bundles on a baking tray and roast for approximately 10 minutes. ENJOY!
Other variations:
(1) Brush olive oil on the asparagus (lightly) and then add the prosciutto.
(2) First, blanch the asparagus, then wrap in prosciutto, then roast for less time.
(3) Apply a thin coat of dijon mustard to the prosciutto before wrapping the asparagus.
(4) Think of something else that sounds equally as good – these are just base ideas for you!!
