1 peeled mango, diced
1 avocado, cored, peeled, and diced
salt and pepper to taste
1 pinch cumin (optional)
1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
1/2 small onion, small dice (optional)
Combine ingredients in a large bowl, being sure to spread the seasoning around the entire salad. Serve immediately so that the avocado doesn’t get brown. ENJOY!
