This is the absolute fastest way to get tasty brie on the table, and has quickly become a new favorite in our house. It’s not baked, it’s not fancy…it’s just good, simple ingredients that combine to make a really tasty bite.
For the ingredients, I’m not putting amounts, because you can make this as big or small as you like… for the picture above, we used about 3 tablespoons of pesto, and 1/4 cup pine nuts, and I think that’s about 6 ounces of brie…

Place brie on a serving dish, cover with pesto.
Toast pinenuts at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes. (Watch carefully, they brown quickly!)
Cover brie with toasted pine nuts. Serve with water crackers and a smile.
