Sausage Balls

Original Recipe:

3lbs. sausage (2 lbs regular, 1 lb hot)
1.5 cups brown sugar
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1.5 cups catsup
1.5 cups apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. ground ginger

Roll sausage into small balls, Place on broiling rack. Bake at 450 for 10-15 mins.
Combine other ingredients and heat thoroughly.

2FF Remix Recipe:

3 lbs. hot country sausage

1 cup brown sugar

4 Tb. soy sauce

1 cup ketchup

1/2 cup bbq sauce (such as Sippie’s)

1 1/2 cups apple cider vinegar

1 tsp. Chinese five spice

1/2 tsp. ground ginger

1 pinch ground cayenne

Roll sausage into small balls, Place on broiling rack. Bake at 450 for 10-15 mins.
Combine other ingredients and heat thoroughly.
