Pork Burritos with Mango Salsa

someone please teach me how to wrap a burrito so that nothing falls out....

This recipe makes 4 burritos.

2 cups prepared pork butt meat

2 cups mango salsa

1/2 cup sour cream

2 cups saffron rice (we buy the cheap little yellow bags, which make about 4 cups for .89 cents)

4 flour tortillas, heated briefly in the oven (spray with PAM, layer on baking sheet – 350 degrees, 10 minutes)

Combine in your tortilla some sour cream, saffron rice, and pork meat. Top with mango salsa. Wrap to the best of your ability…and eat before it all falls apart. ENJOY!
