Pear, Goat Cheese, and Pecan Salad

1 fresh pear

1 handful pecans

3 slices of a goat cheese log (about 2 ounces)

spring mix/arugula 

We topped about 1/2 of a bag of Trader Joe’s “Spring Mix” lettuce with 1 sliced pear, a few pecans (we freeze ours so they stay fresh all year), and a few goat cheese medallions.

We used Trader Joe’s Balsamic Vinaigrette, and cracked some black pepper on top – DE-Lish.
