1 16 oz log of fresh mozarella cheese, grated                         $4.29

1-2 tomatoes, preferably from the farmer’s market            $2.00

6-10 leaves fresh basil, roughly chopped                                $Free (from your herb garden!)

1-2 tablespoons olive oil                                                                 $0.16

Spread the pizza dough out onto your pizza pan. Drizzle with enough Olive oil to coat. Spread cheese evenly throughout pizza. Top with tomatoes (cut into bite-sized pieces), and chopped basil. 

Bake at 400 degrees for about 20-25 minutes.
