Fall Salad – Dried Cherries, Prosciutto, and Goat Cheese

1/2 bag arugula

1/2 cup dried cherries

2 ounces torn prosciutto

2 ounces crumbled goat cheese

salt and pepper

Place arugula leaves in each bowl. Sprinkle with dried cherries, goat cheese, and torn prosciutto pieces. Top with a little salt and pepper.

Drizzle with olive oil and white balsalmic vinegar. ENJOY!
