3 pieces of Uncle John’s Bread, or other bread if you haven’t made your own
mascarpone cheese (we got ours from Trader Joe’s)
Pear Jelly (we made our own, but you can buy it…)
Cut the bread into bite sized squares. Toast it. (I just realized you’d have to reverse those steps if you have a toaster, not a toaster oven like we do…whatever, you get it.)
Spread each piece with a little mascarpone cheese.
Place a mini-dollop of pear jelly on each piece.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Enjoy! (so easy, right?)
