Pineapple Salsa

Use this salsa for anything: tortilla chips, burritos, tacos, chile rellenos, enchiladas, and all other such foods that you learned in 8th grade Spanish class. No one will fault you if you go beyond 8th grade and use this salsa on things that do not originate from Mexico.
