UPDATE: We think it’s a pretty good! But there’s also a new (hotter) hot sauce recipe that we posted.
3/4 cup hot peppers, stemmed
1 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
Combine ingredients in a blender until smooth and there are no more large pieces of pepper. Refrigerate in containers for at least a week. ENJOY!
