1 1/2 oz Domaine de Canton (ginger liquor)
2 oz Cognac
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 egg white
4 dashes Angostura bitters
1 tsp brown sugar
1 piece candied ginger
Combine first 5 ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until cold. Strain into a chilled martini glass with the piece of candied ginger. Garnish with a lemon peel.
