It seems that summer is officially over. I guess I shouldn’t be surprised, given that it is September 19th, but it has been so warm for so long…and now it’s not so warm anymore. So, in a farewell to summer, I’ve posted a recipe for Blueberry Crumble. The recipe isn’t mine – it came from Nick Malgieri’s Modern Baker cookbook – but it’s very delicious and worth all of the steps it takes to make it.
So, if your grocery store still has a good deal on blueberries, get to baking! Or, if you’re already drinking pumpkin lattes and making cinnamon-y things, flag it for next year… you’ll be glad you did.
