Sole Meuniere

Hello again! We apologize for the lack of posting recently. Life has been crazy busy. I’m in NYC right now for work, and am meeting up with Gardner in DC this weekend – busy, but so fun!

Since our last post, we’ve been cooking and eating lots – so more recipes are on the way! Gardner made a delicious Valentine’s day meal – with Seared Duck Breast and Leek Bread Pudding – sooo good. We’ll post that soon.

In the meantime – here is a simple recipe for Sole Meuniere, which we’ve been making a lot lately. Julia Child’s My Life in France inspired us to try this dish, and we’ve both said we would gladly eat it everyday.
