Whooops! Somehow 6 days have gone by since our last post. Other than settling into our new place, we’ve been traveling! We went to Napa, CA for 4 days for the wedding of our friends Maggi and Taylor. It was so breathtakingly beautiful (the wedding, Napa, the bride) and so ridiculously fun that somehow new recipes just didn’t make it onto the to-do list. Hopefully you were similarly busy and similarly happy.
This is a simple summer bruschetta that is perfect for a hot day like today. Fresh tomatoes, chopped basil, garlic, and olive oil – all served on toasted baguette. It’s cool and refreshing and tastes just like summer. Yum.
