To get everyone ready for Cinco de Mayo, we posted our favorite margarita recipe. Now that it’s the Seis de Mayo, your inclination to tequila may be somewhat minimized. Even so – it’s still May, still warm outside, and it’s still fun to enjoy the spring and early summer with festive food and drink.
That’s why we suggest you recover from Cinco de Mayo with fish tacos. We’ve never made these before, so we cobbled together recipes and ideas with on-hand supplies and came up with two delicious ideas. The first is with mango and jalepeno, and the second is with white cabbage and cilantro. Both have black beans and marinated fish, and were both pretty delicious.
