Gardner saw this recipe in Saveur and immediately wanted to try it. Luckily, pork loin was on sale this week. If pork loin isn’t on sale where you live, wait a bit, and pounce when it’s about $1/pound. We served this with brussel sprouts and the sweet potato spears we’re so crazy about. Yum.
