Beurre Rouge for New Years Eve

HAPPY NEW YEAR’S EVE!

For those that are staying in and cooking a gourmet steak, and couldn’t stand the thought of New Year’s Eve without 2frugalfoodies (there are approximately ZERO of you, by the way) here’s a great addition to any cut of steak.

It’s an Anthony Bourdain recipe, and one that he recommends serving over a sirloin filet steak. We serve it over other steaks as you’ll see tomorrow…
