Ok, so now that we’re past Thanksgiving, you would think our first reaction would be posting pictures of delicious turkey, potatoes, squash, dressing, gravy, rice, etc. We will do, we promise, but not today.
Instead, here’s a recipe to bring you right into the heart of the fall/winter season. We were inspired to do this after Perry and Dan hosted an incredible dinner that centered on recipes that incorporated kale, bok choy, and swiss chard.
They used innovative and fun recipes that were awesome. We’re not that cool. We just used the traditional boiled kale formula to come up with a delicious side dish. While we recommend the recipe linked to below, your best bet would be going over to their house for dinner.
