Crispy Duck Fat Potatoes

It’s official. There are few things as delicious as potatoes that have been cooked in duck fat. We’ve been playing with different methods of bringing these two ingredients together, and we’ve decided on this one as the best. Why? Because it maximizes the contact between the fat and the potatoes. Therefore, you get more duck fat taste per bite. That’s what we’re going for. Yum.
