You’ve heard of roasted pumpkin seeds for sure. We had some that a friend made earlier this fall…but unfortunately, we were lame and didn’ t even buy a pumpkin this Halloween. So, when we were making stuffed acorn squash last night, we cut it open and found a whole heap of seeds. I couldn’t help myself….so I roasted them!!
You better believe that when we’re driving down the road today (long trip to meet Baby D!) we’ll be munching on these!!
