You see, we are sale shoppers… and our local grocery store recently had tilapia for $2.99/pound, which seemed to us like a greeattt deal. We got EIGHT 6 ounce fillets for 9 dollars and change. Woohoo! The result of this mass purchase, however, has been tilapia after tilapia after tilapia. It is a very versatile fish, because it has virtually no flavor of it’s own… but we just wanted to thank Giada for this recipe, which made tilapia interesting again.
