Deliciously Simple Halibut

Coming back from the beach, we missed fresh fish and seafood for dinner. So we decided to venture out to the fresh seafood market here at home, and got a big halibut fillet. We didn’t know what to do with it, but looking through our cookbooks, we soon found a great answer.

The resulting recipe is easier than we expected, and incorporates great flavors to go with this fish. So, if you can’t take a trip to the beach this weekend, maybe take a trip at dinner.
