I’m makin’ good on my promise to post more recipes for veggies. (See latest Hanger Steak post for proof of my promise.) This is a super simple recipe for asparagus that uses fresh pecans, butter, and a little Marjoram – add it all together, and you get asparagus tasty enough to eat as a main dish!

Sounds simple and delicious. I have to admit I tend to not use brown butter much because the word ‘butter’ makes me think it should be on my naughty list, but I really have to use it more. I have some lovely farmer’s market green beans in the refrigerator that would probably taste gorgeous with this.
