We hope you know a good butcher. We hope you know an honest butcher….otherwise you’ll never be able to get your hands on hanger steak. If you are lucky enough to find a piece or two, do yourself a favor and use this recipe…. does it get any better than a well-seasoned, perfectly-cooked steak drizzled in seasoned butter??
