Tilapia Grenobloise

Don’t worry, we didn’t know that fancy French word either. It apparently refers to the sauce in this dish, which is made with lemons, capers, and butter. Though it sounds nothing like its Spanish cousin (delicioso), this could also very well mean “delicious,” because that’s what it was. This is a fun Anthony Bourdain recipe that actually takes very little time and ends up as a nice semi-healthy meal that tastes great.

  1. The method, or sauce, Grenobloise, refers to the French city of Grenoble, where it originated. It is more typically served as filet of sole Grenobloise.
