Asparagus Fans with Mustard Sauce

2 large eggs (hardboiled, chopped)
1 1/4 lbs asparagus (with the lower third of the stalk peeled)
1 T chives, garnish
Mustard Sauce
1/2 c mayo
2 T dijon mustard
2 T water
1 T red wine vinegar
1. Boil asparagus
2. Mix all mustard sauce ingredients together.

(ps: We didn’t ask Charlie for his prices, because that’s rude…and really, the only major ingredient is asparagus, so it varies by season.)
