Summer’s here and it’s time to take festivities outside. Just because the weather’s nice, however, does not require that you spend an arm and a leg on a summer beer.
1 Miller High Life $0.58
1 lime wedge $0.05
1 dash sea salt $0.02
Total Cost: $0.65 (compared to a Corona, which is usually $1.33 plus the lime!)
In the bottle: Add the dash of salt to the beer and add the lime wedge to the top. Be careful – it will probably fizz over as the salt dissolves in the beer!
In a glass: Carefully pour the beer into your favorite summer beer glass. Add the salt, garnish with the lime wedge. (Before drinking, squeeze the lime wedge into the beer.)
