This recipe is adapted from an Anthony Bourdain recipe… it’s delicious on just about anything, including homemade focaccia bread and roast chicken.
1 stick butter $0.35
1/2 Tablespoon Thyme $0.05
1/2 Tablespoon Basil $0.05
1/2 Tablespoon Tarragon $0.10
1/2 Tablespoon Rosemary $0.05
1/2 Tablespoon Honey $0.15
Total Cost $0.75
Soften the butter and add in all of the ingredients. Roll into a butter-stick shape and refridgerate. Try not to eat it by the spoon full.
