This cocktail is the perfect balance between sweet and tart. We received lots of grapefruits as a Christmas gift and found this a great way to use them!
5 measures fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
1 measure creme de cassis
4 measures vodka
a few cubes of ice
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake, then strain into two cocktail glasses.
You could easily multiply this recipe and make a pitcher or more.
