Yes, this is as delicious as it sounds. You are going to need some butcher’s string to keep all of the goodness tied together…but you can find that at any kitchen store and it’s really not too expensive. We made a mini pork tenderloin that was great for two, but you could also do this with a large one, or with a whole pork loin.
